• One 4 oz. cup Cauliflower Dreamin’® OR Broccoli Ever After® Fresh Bellies puree
  • 2-3 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Pinch of salt (optional for older children)
  • Spread enough Fresh Bellies veggie puree on toast to coat
  • Lightly drizzle olive oil over the puree
  • Finish off with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, enough to coast the toast
  • Optional: add a pinch of sea salt or Kosher salt
  • Cut into squares and serve
