Roasted Asparagus With Thyme

Ingredients:
  1. One pack of asparagus (8-10)
  2. Olive oil to taste (enough to coat asparagus)
  3. Chopped thyme
Directions on how to make baby food:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Wash asparagus and snap hard bottoms
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper
  • Drizzle olive oil over asparagus and toss to coat
  • Sprinkle chopped thyme over asparagus and toss to combine
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and let cool
  • Place thyme covered asparagus in a blender and puree
  • Add roasting liquid to blender to thin out consistency (or alternately, add water)
  • Serve and munch!
